Single: $300/single room per night (includes conference, meals & activities) + 9% tax at check-out
Double: $425/double room per night (includes conference, meals & activities) + 9% tax at check-out

Your reservation must be made by April 5, 2001
For your convenience, the Hotel honors Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Complete the Company X registration form. You have two options for registering:

or

Reserve your ground transportation:

The Hotel is located 37 miles from Jacksonville International Airport. Attendees should allow 45 minutes for one-way transportation. X Transportation will be providing transportation for shuttle service between Jacksonville International Airport and the Hotel.
