Design
Graphic artists transform your ideas and copy into the format that will most effectively communicate your message. Whether you need a brochure, catalog, poster, or web page – our designers have the know-how and that special talent of finding just the right visuals to give your piece the attention that readers will notice. We design on Macintosh computers, using a variety of software including Quark Xpress, Pagemaker, the Microsoft Office Suite, Freehand, PhotoShop, and Corel Draw, among others.

Graphic designers add a professional look to your communications that you just can’t match using your PC software. They can also recommend alternative formats that you might not be aware of to make a unique presentation that sells. Our graphic artists work with our pre-press operators throughout the production process, providing blue lines and proofs for your review before the job goes to print.

We have expanded our capabilities to include design for web and multi-media graphics. We can provide high quality graphic elements that will make your Internet and Intranet sites dazzle, or add a visual punch to slide presentations or other multi-media productions.

Design charges are very competitive. Usually 25% to 50% less than most outside agencies.

Duplication
When you have a large quantity copy project that your office copier can’t handle, rely on us. Our high-speed Xerox copiers (including three Docutech 135s) can print 8,000 impressions per hour. Copy costs are less than two cents per impression. We also have a state-of-the-art Canon Color Copier, and our charges are half the cost of what you would pay at a commercial copy center. With round-the-clock coverage, we can turn around those last minute duplicating projects so that your staff can apply themselves to the more important details of your business.

Printing
We offer one-, two- and four-color printing in a variety of formats. We print business cards, stationery, invitations, newsletters and now, thanks to a new special purpose printer, we can generate large format signs, posters, and banners in full color up to 36 inches wide and 100 feet long.

Finishing
When the piece comes off the press, it heads to our Finishing Department for cutting, binding, stapling, labeling, and more. If your piece requires special finishes such as blind embossing or die cutting, we’ll subcontract the work with one of our preferred vendors, and oversee the quality assurance on the job. Our staff can handle complicated collating and assembling of binders and other printed materials that you just can’t efficiently accomplish in your office.

Shipping
We’ll ship your printed materials by UPS, Airborne, or the U.S. Postal Service, and offer door-to-door tracking capabilities. We offer daily pick-ups and deliveries to assure that deadlines are met or exceeded.
